To submit a service request, please email the appropriate address below. In your message, include:

Your name and phone number (service requester)

Company name and service location address

On-site point of contact (name, phone, email)

Brief issue description, including the system type (Genetec, C-Cure, Avigilon, etc.)

Email is monitored during normal business hours only: Mon-Fri, 7am to 5pm ET.
After-Hours Service Requests
To request after-hours service, please call one of the On-Call Voicemail Lines listed below. Please leave a message including the information requested above and the On-Call technician will return your call within 1 hour.

To request Emergency (same or next day) service, please use the appropriate method above based on when your request is submitted.
