Service Requests

Thank you for contacting the GC&E Systems Group Service Department.

To submit a service request, please email the appropriate address below. In your message, include:
  • Your name and phone number (service requester)
  • Company name and service location address
  • On-site point of contact (name, phone, email)
  • Brief issue description, including the system type (Genetec, C-Cure, Avigilon, etc.)

Email is monitored during normal business hours only: Mon-Fri, 7am to 5pm ET.

After-Hours Service Requests

To request after-hours service, please call one of the On-Call Voicemail Lines listed below. Please leave a message including the information requested above and the On-Call technician will return your call within 1 hour.
For after-hours service:

Please note: We do not currently offer after-hours service in Texas.

Emergency Service Requests

To request Emergency (same or next day) service, please use the appropriate method above based on when your request is submitted.
