Dennis Bristol
President
As the President of GC&E Systems Group, LLC., an Alaska Native and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Dennis brings over 35 years of wide-ranging leadership experience, an in-depth mission understanding, and practical business acumen to provide GC&E with strategic and operational leadership while delivering unparalleled value to our shareholders.
For over 20 years, Dennis has served as the President of GC&E providing the foundational leadership and business development that transformed GC&E from a small company providing structured cabling services into a world-class organization known for delivering successful IT, voice, data, and security management solutions to federal, state, healthcare, and commercial clientele.
Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University after serving in the US Army. While stationed at Fort Bragg, he married his wife and left the service, with an Honorable discharge, to start a family.
Don Barnes
General Manager
As the General Manager of GC&E Systems Group, LLC., an Alaska Native and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Don leverages over 35 years of leadership and management in the Information Technology (IT) industry with over 25 years’ proven portfolio management expertise to cultivate and preserve GC&E’s cross-functional teamwork-driven culture to strengthen customer service, advance strategic corporate initiatives, empower employee career development, and deliver shareholder value.
Don’s IT background and practical engineering experience in the Federal Services sector focused on the architecture, design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of robust, scalable, high-availability information systems that supported both classified and unclassified missions.
As a business leader, Don provided successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational portfolio management services to an extensive number of well-known and broadly scoped IT programs throughout the DoD, having successfully led more than $1B worth of lifetime portfolio-based programs and projects to-date.
Rob Hile
Senior Director of Sales
As the Senior Director of Sakes of GC&E Systems Group, LLC (GC&E), an Alaska Native and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Rob brings more than 35 years of industry experience, encompassing sales and business leadership, as well as driving strategic market opportunities and further positioning companies as leaders in their respective target markets.
As a recognized leader in the Telecommunications and Security markets, Rob is a leading voice and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He also currently serves on the Security Industry Association educational advisory board as well as the AFCEA Central Florida Chapter Executive Committee.
Rob currently leads the Tampa, Florida Branch, and manages sales for the entire organization. GC&E provides consulting, design and implementation of Information and communication technologies, cybersecurity, IP-based electronic security and access control systems to State, Local and Federal Government organizations.
