Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Dan O'Sullivan is the founder and CEO of GC&E Systems Group, Inc. Over the last 17 years, Dan has grown GC&E from a one man company providing structured cabling installation services to a 200+ person organization providing diverse IT, voice, data, and security management systems integrations to diverse federal, state and local, government, healthcare and commercial clients. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the unified communication field with extensive experience supporting the defense market. His past experience covers the design, installation, and operation of a wide variety of communications systems as well as direct experience in technical sales and management. He has tremendous insight and experience in developing, implementing, operating, and maintaining diverse, unified communication system platforms utilized by the customers GC&E supports. Dan holds an RCDD/NTS/OSP certification, many technical training certifications, and holds low voltage and specialty licenses in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Chief Financial Officer
John is a senior financial manager with over 30 years of experience, the last 25 years of which were at the Controller / Chief Financial Officer level for various organizations. John began his career in public accounting and then moved into the private sector gaining experience in the manufacturing, construction, and financial services industries. John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. John is a Certified Public Accountant and active member of the Georgia Society of CPA's.
Senior Vice President
Ed Ferrell has 35 years of professional experience providing contract, program, and project management and technical expertise to a variety of federal, state, and local government clients to include the US Army, FAA, EPA, US Air Force, USPS, IRS, DOI, and the Volpe Transportation Center. As GC&E's Senior Vice President, he works with Executive Leaders to develop business growth and diversification strategies and to ensure GC&E's internal infrastructure scales to meet GC&E's growth and diversification objectives.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Dennis Bristol II has over 20 years of experience in the information technology, telecommunications, and security management industry supporting large-scale programs, providing information technology, telecommunications, unified communications, and security management services. In his role, Dennis oversees the company's operational performance, business development and marketing, and contract execution. Dennis has a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Chief Technology Officer, Shield IS
is an avid information technologist who began his career in the late 90’s as a computer programmer and programming instructor, before obtaining further training and education as a Microsoft system engineer, Linux/UNIX network administrator and CISCO network professional.
Stemming from his days as a network systems solutions consultant, Moses developed a keen interest in cybersecurity. In this field. Moses has obtained qualifications and accreditations including a Master of Science Degree in Information Security (MSc.) from the prestigious Royal Holloway University of London and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) to name a few.
In the course of working in these environments he has garnered a wealth of experience and expertise in designing and implementing information management systems including IT service management; business continuity; information security; enterprise asset management; and privacy and knowledge management systems.
Jim Mann has over 35 years of security system solutions development and lifecycle management experience in the development, deployment, operations, and maintenance of large scale, advanced security systems for diverse commercial and government customers. Jim leads GC&E's security business and is responsible for driving strategy, planning, and execution of our electronic security services. He is a security solutions subject matter expert and is responsible for identifying and integrating emerging security technologies into our portfolio of security products and services, as well as program and project cost, schedule and performance; technical and quality assurance; and security system sales, engineering, installation, operations, and maintenance.
